John founded The TenSixth Group out of his passion for "all things real estate", construction and his unique ability to connect like-minded people within real estate development. Over the last few years John has built a 75 million project pipeline in Colorado with 15 million dollars of completed construction.

Colin has been in the real estate business since 2004 in the Denver metro area and a licensed agent since 2011. Colin has represented builders, commercial developers and individual investors alike. In addition to representing individual clients, Colin also creates development opportunities by identifying promising off-market properties and creating deals for his clients.
